GOD IS A REWARDER

               THE SECOND DIMENSION OF FAITH

Heb 11:6 “But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him”.

Isa 62:11 “Behold, the LORD hath proclaimed unto the end of the world, Say ye to the daughter of Zion, Behold, thy salvation cometh; behold, his reward is with him, and his work before him”.

Ps 58:11. “So that a man shall say, Verily there is a reward for the righteous: verily he is a God that judgeth in the earth”.

Isa 40:10 “Behold, the Lord GOD will come with strong hand, and his arm shall rule for him: behold, his reward is with him, and his work before him”.

Rom 2:10 “But glory, honour, and peace, to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile: ”.

Dimensions of faith

These are perilous times, we need to be strong: for them that know and understand their God will be strong and do exploits .The devil’s aim is to shut us up .He will try to resist our prayers, our good works and our labour of love. A man who just takes off on a journey with out a destination, could be regarded as one who has taken leave of his senses .I believe those who have decided to follow the Lord should have a purpose ,therefore should not be easily discouraged.  Yes, some follow only for the blessings, the good things. That is all well and good, especially for young Christians. But a time comes when maturity is expected. A child as it grows has all his needs meet by the parents. When that child is of age, it will be abnormal for him to continue to depend on the parents. As older Christians, I believe we are convinced that Christianity is not just for the good things of the world. God will certainly bless us as we seek the kingdom of God and His righteousness. Let us examine the account of the three Hebrew children in the book of Daniel as the demonstrated two levels of faith.

 FAITH IN THE FIRST DIMENSION

This is the faith which God releases to us, when He intervenes openly and quickly in our life experiences.  We pray; God answers and our faith rises.  It is easier for the children of God to acquire this level faith. This level of faith is declared clearly in the following verse

Dan 3: 17 ” If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king”.

The first dimension declares:  I know, that I know, that my God will surely deliver me. He will never fail
